Incredible new radio ad by a long time attorney:
“If you are being low balled on your insurance claim by your agent…”
Um, Mr. Attorney, the insurance policy is a CONTRACT between the insured and the insurance COMPANY! FYI, the agent has nothing to do with said accident settlement.
So maybe you should re-record your commercial and state it correctly. You are mis-informing the public with your commercial.
I will stand behind any claim any of my clients have but the ultimate payout is between the insurance company and my client – NOT ME!
